Our hosting and security provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, URL, timestamp, and security signals to deliver and protect the site.
No private-chat collection
We do not accept or store SpicyChat messages, saved memories, personas, account credentials, generated media, voice recordings, or intimate images. Never post sensitive information in a public issue tracker.
External services
Official product and reference links lead to third-party sites governed by their own policies. Read them before registering, chatting, creating a persona, generating media, recording voice, or paying.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 starts automatically when a normal browser opens a page, without an analytics permission button. It measures page visits, scrolling, outbound link clicks, device information and referral sources. Analytics cookies help distinguish visits and are configured to expire after 180 days, subject to renewal when used. Google may process data outside your country. Google signals, advertising personalization and advertising storage are disabled.
GA4 automatically excludes known bots and spiders. This site also skips analytics for identifiable crawler user agents and browsers that explicitly identify themselves as automated. These filters cannot guarantee detection of every bot that impersonates a human visitor.
Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track and the Google Analytics opt-out browser setting are respected. Query strings and fragments are omitted from the page URL in our tag configuration, and referral URLs are reduced to their origin. We do not send chat messages, prompts, uploads or contact-form contents to Analytics. Clearing cookies does not erase data already processed by Google.
